Got our wedding memories!

Hello! We know it has been a month and we are still not done with our supplier reviews. We'll get back to that soon, but for now, here's an update!

We finally got our wedding album, videos, and prints from our photographer/videographer, MyPhotato, now known as WeCelebrate. A and I had a wonderful time going through everything and reliving the day. It was like a terrific anniversary gift! We'll be sharing what's inside the album soon.

Behind-the-Scenes Pics from the Prenup Session

Now that we finally posted our prenup pics (I know, it has taken this long because it's been really hard for us to choose a hundred photos from thousands of good ones), here are the behind-the-scenes pics from that day. We really weren't planning on documenting it that thoroughly because it was such a hectic day that started early in the morning and ended late in the evening, but one of our Wedding Fairies, Clang, took my camera and just snapped away the entire time.

In hindsight, Aleq and I are super grateful that she did it, because at least we get to remember that one hot summer day. This is also a chance for us to give credit to all the people who worked hard that day to give us pictures to remember.

Thank you so much Wedding Fairies Lek and Clang, Cindy of Shu Uemura, Avril Seguin, MyPhotato/WeCelebrate, and my sis-in-law Ate Weng!

Here go the pics!

MyPhotato/WeCelebrate's Party Video

Hi peeps! I haven't updated this thing in a while, but that's because the fiance and I decided to take a break for a few months after the wedding just to recover from the stress of the wedding preps and focus on building our new life together. We're finalizing our prenup and wedding pictures (I know, we're one of those couples who take so long in choosing pics) and I'll be talking more about that happy day soon.

For now, here's a video from our very cool wedding photographers, MyPhotato/WeCelebrate with party scenes from weddings they covered, because they're awesome party people haha. Our wedding is in it, and I took some screenshots of me, the hubby, cousins Lek and Em, our friend Clang, and our host Atom Ungson because our party faces were hilarious!

Par-tey!

Our Wedding Photo Slideshow

Since it'll take us a while to go through all the photos, here's the same-day edit/on-site photo slideshow that was shown at the reception with pics chosen by our photographers, MyPhotato. ♥

Photo Bomb!

This cute package from MyPhotato arrived yesterday! The hubby and I had a grand time going through the pictures. Dilemma: How are we going to choose among more or less 3000 photos?

Photo and Video - Check!

Aleq and I are accomplishing a lot this September! We sure are making up for our dismal August. So yep, we've booked our photo and video service!

This took a while for us to decide on because there are so many photo and video services out there. We made sure we did our research with this one, because it's one of our main priorities, and one that we always knew we would spend on. The photos and the videos will serve as records of the memories from our happy day after all.

The fiance and I started making inquiries in July. We just wanted to look around while we were finalizing our church and venue. We scoured wedding websites like BridalBook and Bride and Breakfast for photos and videos that we liked. We mainly looked for those who had beautiful, natural-looking photos. We didn't want extremely dramatic or pose-y pictures. We also don't want photos that are too artistic, the memories become distorted. We basically wanted photographers and videographers who are keen on capturing the moment rather than forcing moments to happen. We made a shortlist, went through hundreds of photos, and watched prenup and on-site-edit videos to no end.

Reviewed our notes over dinner at Pancake House after meeting with our photographers.
