Public Service Announcements

Hi peeps! I just added a few things over at the sidebar. Here's a rundown:

• My friend Geli (see Engaged Girls and Engaged Girls Lunch) just made her own wedding blog! It's called The Scrimpy Bride. Check it out. 
• My other friends who got married - Joven and Leslie, Gilbert and Beverley - also had wedding websites. I've linked to them there too. 
• I've also updated my list of inspirations - various sites where I got my idea pegs and planning tips from. 

These are all primarily intended for my memory bank, but I figured readers of this blog might be interested in them as well. So here you go. 

Where have we been?

Hello! It's been a while. Things might seem to have come to a standstill here on the blog, but the fiance and I are on schedule so far wedding-wise (I think, heh). So where have we been? Well, we've been busy working, that's what. Weddings cost a ridiculous amount of money, and since we want ours to be special, we're making sure we're good on the financial front. That's why we've been - and will continue being - busy making money. Come to think of it, we would still be busy without the wedding. We're just really focused on business for the simple reason that it is important for our future. Don't worry though. We'll make time to update this blog with our most recent wedding preparation developments and more wedding-related stories or thoughts soon.
